Total Asset Values Report

This page shows the total value of your assets. Use this page to purchase insurance and to make a claim on an insurance policy. To use this page:

1. Select the means by which you would like to group the assets: either by location (the best choice for insurance data), top folder, or need.
2. (Optional) Filter by a Location.
3. (Optional) Filter by a Management Type
4. (Optional) Filter by a User.
5. (Optional) Filter by a Top Folder.
6. Press "Go" to display the needs that satisfy the filter conditions. (Either "Go" button will perform the search).

The results of the search, if any, will be listed in the lower part of the page. You can print out the results as a summary report if you like. For insurance purposes, you'll want to save a detailed report for each location. Or you can just trust our database, of course. Here's how to use the results.

• If you've sorted by location, click on a location name to display all assets at that location. Then you can print and save that list. Or, better yet, click on "Print Version" to get a better version for printing, and print that one.
• If you've sorted by top folder, you can click on the folder name to view the list of assets under that folder.
• If you've sorted by Need, you can click on the need name to pop up the Need Properties page for that need, opened to the Current Assets panel.
