Cost per day is what you pay each day to fulfill each of your needs.
It's a common way to stock up and compare what you're spending with what's important to you.
Everything you own has a cost per day. For example:
- I pay $0.23 each day for shampoo.
- We pay $4.93 per day for wine (on average)
- This car costs $8.77 per day to use (estimated)
MakeLifeEasy provides a special report, the Cost Per Day Curve,
that allows you to stack these costs per day up against each other,
and you can sometimes get surprising results:
- You may find items that you're overpaying for because:
- You're overusing them (your usage rate is too high)
- You're paying too much
You'll find this out from your own database and from members' shared data.
