Arlington, Texas - Almost 14% of the adult population in the United States (13.8%) say that they "hate" shopping for groceries, according to a national survey conducted via the Internet by Decision Analyst, Inc., a leading national marketing research firm.
Women are more likely to report that they "hate" to shop for groceries than men are. While 15.5% of the women answered that they "hate" grocery shopping, only 10.5% of the men gave the same answer. The higher level of female "hate" might be because they feel they "have to" do the grocery shopping.
