Wardrobe Needs

You can use this page to see what you need to acquire (buy) to keep your wardrobe in "peak performance". Think of this list of "needs" as your shopping list. You can look at all needs, some needs, or a single need.

NOTE for agents only: If you're an agent, you have two choices:
  1. When you select "One client" from the "Wardrobe needs" command in your main menu, you can view the needs (the shopping list) of your current client as described next.

  2. When you select "All clients" from the "Wardrobe needs" command in your main menu, you can see the needs of all your clients mixed together, as if you were viewing one giant master shopping list. This is a great tool for providing efficient client service. See "All Clients" Mode below.

To use this page, you select the conditions by which you want to filter your set of needs, press "Go", and view the results. There are several things you can do with the results, for example, you can print the list and take it on a shopping trip.

To use this page:

  1. (Optional) You can filter by a days left, a department, an article, and a purpose (capsule).

NOTE: When filtering for "days left", use one of the top entries ("less than 14, 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days left").

  2. (Optional) If you click the "More..." link, the "More Filters" page will pop up and you can also filter by the situation of the need, the need status, the need priority , the need top folder , the person having the need, and/or keywords in the need's name. Press "OK" to close the pop up.

  3. Press "Go" to retrieve the needs you've selected.

Needs that match the filter conditions will be displayed in a list at the bottom of the page. You can:

You can also use one of the buttons on this page:

For Agents: "All clients" Mode

This lets you view the shopping lists of all clients mixed together, as if it were one huge shopping list. This is extremely useful. Here are just a few examples:

When viewing in "All clients" mode, you'll also see the name of each client in each row. You can click on the client name to view that client's Client Profile page.

NOTE: When viewing in "All clients" mode, the purpose, top folder, and person filters are not useful since they apply to a single client only (the current client).
