Wardrobe Assets
You can use this page to view your wardrobe by the assets (specific articles of clothing)
it contains. You can look at all assets, some assets, or a single asset.
NOTE for agents only: If you're an agent, you have two choices:
- When you select "One client" from the "Wardrobe assets" command in your main menu,
you can view the assets of your current client as described next.
- When you select "All clients" from the "Wardrobe assets" command in your main menu,
you can see the assets of all your clients mixed together. This provides
an excellent tool for efficient client management.
See "All Clients" Mode below.

To use this page, you select the conditions by which you want to filter your set of assets,
press "Go", and view the results. You can then take some action by clicking on the asset name.
To use this page:
- (Optional) You can filter by
a department,
an article,
a situation,
and either "Current assets" or "Current + old" assets.
- (Optional) If you click the "More..." link,
the "More Filters" page will pop up and you
can also filter by the days left of the asset,
the person using the asset,
the asset's need, and/or keywords
in the asset's name. Press "OK" to close the pop up.
- Press "Go" to retrieve the assets you've selected.
Assets that match the filter conditions will
be displayed in a list at the bottom of the page.
You can:
- Click on a column header name (e.g. "Acquired") to sort by that column.
- Click on an "Actions" button to update information about the asset.
- Click on an asset name to view the Asset Properties page.
You can also update information about the asset on this page.
- Adjust the asset's status and/or inventory level using the fields on this page.
To do that, see the Asset Properties Page - Quick Updates Panel.
You can also use one of the buttons on this page:
- Click on the "Add asset" button to add a new asset using the "Add Asset" page.
- Click on the "Deep review worksheet" button to display a worksheet
that you can print out and use to do a deep review of your wardrobe.
- Click on the "Start up worksheet" button to display a worksheet
that you can print out and use to do an initial audit of your wardrobe.
For Agents: "All clients" Mode
This lets you view the wardrobes of all clients mixed together,
as if it were one huge wardrobe. This has several uses, for example:
- If you want to look for good assets to sell for your clients,
you can search for assets that clients want to dispose of.
- If you're looking for (a) specific client(s) with Versace suits,
you can search for assets with the keyword "Versace".
- If you're looking for a specific type of asset that's going out of style,
you can search for that asset by keyword.
When viewing in "All clients" mode, you'll also see the name of each client in each row.
You can click on the client name to view that client's Client Profile page.
NOTE: When viewing in "All clients" mode, the
person and need
filters are not useful since they apply to a single client only (the current client).
