Client Profile

You can use this page to

• view information about a single client,
• make this client your current client,
• send an email to this client, or
• update information about your relationship with this client.

1. Click the "Switch to this client" button. Note that the calling page will also be refreshed and the name of your current client shows under the main menu.

Data that you can update includes:

• The status of your relationship with this client. You can pause, cancel, or re-activate your relationship with a client.
  
  
• (Optional) The service type that you provide to this client. You can create codes (up to eight characters) that show the type of service that you provide for each client, for example "InPerson" or "Remote". You can use this as an indicator/reminder about your relationship with this client, and you can sort clients by these service types.
  
  
• (Optional) The service level that you provide to this client. You can create codes (up to eight characters) that show the level of service that you provide for each client, for example, "Bronze", "Silver", and "Gold". You can use this as an indicator/reminder about your relationship with this client, and you can sort clients by these service levels.
  
  
• Any general notes about this client.
  
  
• A contact log for this client, i.e. a time-ordered record of your contacts with the client. Here's a sample of what you might keep in this field. Note the reverse chronological order, that is, simply add new contacts to the top of the list:

1. Update your status, service type, service level, general notes, and/or contact log, then
2. Press "OK: Save".
