Search Past Assets

You can use this page to find the record of an asset that has been inactivated or disposed of. This can be useful in some situations, for example, you want to see how you used an asset that you sold a while back, or you want to see what assets you used to cover a need that you inactivated for a while.

To search past assets:

1. Select any filter conditions you like. You can filter by the asset's date acquired, date inactivated, need, management type, location, and/or user.
2. Press "Go". You'll see the matching results, if any, at the bottom of the page.
3. You can also click on a column header to sort by the asset's name, date acquired, or date inactivated.

If you find the asset you're looking for, you can:

• Click on the asset name to view the Asset Properties page.
• Click on "Shop" to view the Need Shopper page.
• Click on the need name to view the Need Properties page.
• View the acquired date, activated date, inactivated date, cost per day, usage rate, number of uses, and expire date.
