Search Current Assets

You can use this page to locate an asset in your database by searching and/or filtering your complete list of current assets. To use this page:

1. Enter one or more keywords in the asset name (the asset's product name), AND/OR
2. Select any filter conditions. You can filter by top folder, management type, location, and/or days left.
3. Press "Go".

Assets that match the search keyword(s) and filter conditions will be displayed in a list at the bottom of the page. Once you've found the asset you're looking for, you can:

• Click on the asset name to view the Asset Properties page.
• Click on the asset's need name to view the Need Properties page.
• Adjust the asset's status and/or inventory level using the fields on this page. To do that, see the Asset Properties Page - Quick Updates Panel.
