Asset Value and Resale Data

This data is used for tracking and valuing the asset for insurance purposes and for valuing the asset for resale.

1. The asset's condition.
2. The asset's Universal Product Code ("UPC").
3. The asset's serial number.
4. An estimate of how long the asset will be useful to you. Try not to overestimate.
5. A description of the product itself (not the asset). For example, this is what you might see written in an ad for the product. To describe your asset (e.g. details about the shape it's in) use the valuation notes field on the "More data" page (see below).
6. "I would consider selling it" indicates whether this asset can show on your Saleable Assets report. If you're unsure at all, why not consider selling it? Leave this checked.
7. More data (optional) will pop up another window with additional fields you can enter.
