Recommended Browser
MakeLifeEasy is best viewed with Internet Explorer,
which allows us to provide a better user experience, including:
- Faster page loading
- Shortcut keys: for help, opening windows, etc.

Known Issues and Limitations in NetScape
MakeLifeEasy will work in NetScape, though you will notice the following limitations:
- Many pages load much more slowly.
- Shortcut keys don't work. The F2 key does not display Help --
you must press the Help button.
- Some graphics and styles are not optimal.
For example, heading text is often small and some graphical features are removed in NetScape.
- The main menu will open behind input fields such as text entry boxes and lists.
There are two workarounds for this: (1) (PREFERRED) When your mouse is on a menu command that is
obscured by an input field, view the menu command text in your browser's status bar at
the bottom of the page. (2) Return to the Dashboard (which contains no input fields)
by clicking the top menu button, then open the menu.
